Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
Our Commitment
We believe in the system we teach. Our 1-on-1 mentorship comes with a guarantee: if you follow the program, show up to calls, complete the work, and do not achieve the results we outlined within the agreed timeframe, we will continue working with you at no additional charge until you do.
Our guarantee is based on effort, not just enrollment. We work hard to ensure every student has everything they need to succeed. We ask that you bring the same commitment in return.
Eligibility for a Refund
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
- You have not consumed more than 20% of the course or program content
- You have not received a 1-on-1 coaching call or onboarding session
- You have not downloaded, exported, or shared any proprietary materials
Refund requests that meet the above criteria will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
- You have accessed, downloaded, or consumed a significant portion of the program
- You have participated in a coaching call or onboarding session
- You simply changed your mind or no longer have time to participate
- You have violated our Terms and Conditions and been removed from the program
- Purchases made through third-party platforms (Whop, etc.) are subject to their respective refund policies
Free Course
Our free course requires no payment and is therefore not subject to this refund policy. Access may be revoked at any time at our discretion if a user violates our community guidelines.
Payment Plans
If you enrolled in a payment plan, you are obligated to complete all scheduled payments regardless of whether you continue to use the program. Canceling a payment plan does not constitute a refund of amounts already paid, nor does it release you from future payment obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, contact our support team with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your full name and email address used at purchase
- The program or product you purchased
- The date of your purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We will respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us is considered a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery. Accounts with disputed chargebacks will be permanently banned from all AI Web Agency Circle programs and communities.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
